Contraindications

Biorepeel should not be utilized with the following conditions listed below
 

  • Retinoids – discontinue use 7 days prior
    to treatment

  • Active bacterial, viral, fugal or herpetic infection

  • Open wounds

  • Pre existing inflammatory dermatosis
    (psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, pemphigus etc)

  • Skin cancer without being cancer free for three years and a direct written note from physician

  • Pregnancy or nursing

  • History of drugs with photo sensitizing potential

  • Use of Accutane within the last 3 to 6 months

  • Aspirin Allergy

What are the main benefits of BIOREPEEL?

The ability to have a medium depth peel with no downtime and no seasonal restrictions is a game changer! No more having to time peels around your schedule or the time of year. Fantastic for pigmentation, acne, acne scarring and improving skin tone and texture. It is safe for all skin types, tones and ages.

 

How many sessions will I need?

The general recommendation is 4 to 6 treatments scheduled 7 to 14 days apart. After the initial four treatments Biorepeel can be done as a standalone treatment for skin maintenance

How long does it take and does it hurt?

A single session is quick and effective, taking approximately 30 to 45 minutes. It is needle free and has only a mild tingling sensation in some individuals. Nothing like a traditional peel!

Is there any peeling involved?

After a few days you may experience a small amount of very light flakiness which will last for a few days. Nothing that would prevent you from your daily routine or socializing.

Is BIOREPEEL Safe?

Biorepeel is completely safe for all skin types, tones and ages. It is NOT photosensitive and can be used all year round with use of SPF

 

What do I need to do before the peel?

  • AVOID laser hair removal

  • AVOID waxing

  • AVOID chemical hair removal creams

  • AVOID electrolysis

  • STOP topical retinoid use

  • STOP tretinoin use

  • STOP other topical acid us

  • STOP and exfoliant use

 

What do I need to do after the peel?

  • Use SPF every day and reapply frequently

  • AVOID vitamin C products for 5 days

  • Moisturize twice and a day

  • STOP  all topical acids, retinoids and tretinoin use for 7 days

  • STOP laser hair removal, chemical hair removal, waxing and sunbed use

  • AVOID swimming and saunas for 7 days

INGREDIENTS

  • TRICHLOROACETIC  ACID (TCA) removes dead skin cells and stimulates new cell growth

  • LACTOBIONIC ACID  provides textural and smoothing benefits. Increases skin thickness

  • SALICYLIC ACID helps fight bacteria on skin. Decreases inflammation.

  • TARTARIC AND CITRIC ACID helps ingredient penetration and facilitates skin lightening

  • GLYCINE, PROLINE, HYDROXYPROLINE essential amino acids found in collagen.

  • ARGININE strengthens capillaries and balances the TCA
